font-weight: bold; font-style: normal;\">Vous \u00eates en situation de handicap ?<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">La loi du 5 septembre 2018 pour la \u00ab libert\u00e9 de choisir son avenir professionnel \u00bb a pour objectif de faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi des personnes en situation de handicap.<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">3S forme tente de donner \u00e0 tous les m\u00eames chances d\u2019acc\u00e9der ou de maintenir l\u2019emploi. La souplesse de notre fonctionnement sur-mesure permet d\u2019int\u00e9grer \u00e0 nos programmes des personnes en situation de handicap en adaptant les modalit\u00e9s de nos formations.<\/span><br><br><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-family: Fira Sans;\">Licence STAPS APA et formation<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">La formation du coach profession Sport sant\u00e9 ne se substitue pas \u00e0 une licence STAPS APA.<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">De mani\u00e8re plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9e, i<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">l faut distinguer l'Activit\u00e9 physique adapt\u00e9e (APA) de l'Enseignant en APA (EAPA) :<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">\u2014 L'APA est une activit\u00e9 physique et sportive prescrite par le m\u00e9decin pour un patient en Affection de longue dur\u00e9e (ALD) qui ne pourrait pas se d\u00e9rouler dans des conditions dites \u00ab ordinaires \u00bb. (1)<br><\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">\u2014 L'EAPA (licence STAPS uniquement) est un des effecteurs de l'APA qui peut prendre en charge, souvent dans un cadre pluridisciplinaire, m\u00e9dical ou param\u00e9dical, tout patient en ALD sauf les patients s\u00e9v\u00e8res o\u00f9 il doit \u00eatre supervis\u00e9 par un kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute ou un m\u00e9decin. (2)<br><\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">Pour ce qui nous concerne, la formation coach professionnel sport sant\u00e9 est un autre effecteur. Il peut prendre en charge des pratiquants sur prescription si les limitations fonctionnelles sont absentes ou l\u00e9g\u00e8res. Il peut \u00e9galement prendre en charge les limitations fonctionnelles mod\u00e9r\u00e9es s'il est supervis\u00e9 par un EAPA ou un professionnel de sant\u00e9 comp\u00e9tent.<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">Il n'y a pas de hi\u00e9rarchie entre le coach professionnel et l'EAPA mais ce sont 2 m\u00e9tiers compl\u00e9mentaires qui doivent coop\u00e9rer au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du patient.<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">\u200b<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">Les objectifs pour un coach professionnel sport sant\u00e9 sont :<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">1. D'agir avant la maladie et l'apparition de limitation fonctionnelle (pr\u00e9vention primaire).<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">2. D'intervenir d\u00e8s l'apparition des facteurs de risque (pr\u00e9vention secondaire).<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">3. De prendre en charge des personnes en ALD si elles pr\u00e9sentent peu ou pas de limitations (prescription : pr\u00e9vention tertiaire).<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">4. De p\u00e9renniser les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la prise en charge pluridisciplinaire de l'EAPA et du m\u00e9decin ou kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute, une fois que le patient est en capacit\u00e9 d'\u00eatre autonome dans une activit\u00e9 physique.<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">Ressources \u00e0 trouver sur les sites officiels :<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">(1) D\u00e9cret relatif aux conditions d'APA.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">(2) Annexe 2 du d\u00e9cret : Tableau des ph\u00e9notypes (limitations fonctionnelles).<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">Cette formation permet \u00e0 tout professionnel du sport disposant d'une carte professionnelle de prendre en charge des personnes atteintes d'une ALD et ayant une prescription d'activit\u00e9 physique sur ordonnance.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">Ce niveau de formation permet d\u2019intervenir sur des publics avec pathologies et ayant des limitations fonctionnelles mod\u00e9r\u00e9es (avant-dernier niveau de prise en charge du patient, avant les limitations s\u00e9v\u00e8res).<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">La session en pr\u00e9sentiel de la formation se d\u00e9roule sur l\u2019ensemble de la France de l\u2019implantation des stagiaires ou des candidats<\/span><br><br><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal;\">Vous \u00eates \u00e9tudiant ?<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">3S FORME propose un tarif pour les \u00e9tudiants merci de prendre contact avec 3S FORME pour plus de renseignements.<\/span><br><br><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">\u200b<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal;\">Comment financer ma formation ?<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Fira Sans; font-weight: 300; font-style: normal;\">Les formations n\u2019\u00e9tant pour le moment pas certifiante, vous ne pouvez pas la financer via votre CPF.
